We want you to love your clean beauty routine, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in gently used or new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Products

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container and attach the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
